We hope you love your purchase! But we know sometimes it doesn’t work out, especially when you can't try something on! If that’s the case here’s what you need to know:
Regular priced merchandise: You are eligible for a refund if you contact us within one week of receiving your order. Otherwise you can receive store credit if you let us know within 2 weeks.
Sale items: You are eligible for store credit if you contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
*Underwear, socks, shoes worn outdoors, bodysuits and bathing suit (bottoms and one pieces), beauty/wellness products, and the few super clearance items that are marked as final sale on description are also Final Sale.
To return your items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you would like to return. We will guide you in how to get your items back to us, whether it is by dropping them off during our curbside pickup hours, or arranging a porch pick up, or sending you shipping information.
Returned items must be in original condition (tags still attached, unworn, unwashed).
As of Feb 1st 2021, we are no longer accepting holiday 2020 gift returns.
