Returns and Shipping

IN-STORE PURCHASES: Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days or purcahse. Merchandise must have original tags attached.  Some exceptions apply, see below.  

All sale items and items purchased during a store-wide sale are Final Sale 

ONLINE ORDERS: Regular priced merchandise purchased online: You are eligible for a refund if you contact us within one week of receiving your order.  Merchandise must have original tags attached. Otherwise, we're happy to issue a store credit if you let us know within two weeks.

 PLEASE NOTE

Sale items or items purchased during a store-wide sale, beauty/wellness products, food items, hair accessories, socks, intimates, bodysuits and swimwear purchased In-Store & Online are Final Sale.   

Returning Online Orders: At this time, we are unable to reimburse shipping costs for items returned from online orders.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shopkennedypark.com and let us know which item(s) you'd like to return.

Once your item(s) have been received by mail or dropped off at our shop, a refund will be issued for the returned merchandise.

All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn and unwashed.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from our Guelph location within five business days of payment confirmation.

We currently ship using Canada Post and UPS. Domestic expedited shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $200.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct and that your chosen delivery address is a safe place to receive packages, as Canada Post and other carriers may leave parcels at your doorstep.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered.
